My work is copyrighted. Certain works of mine may be used, but there are conditions. Emotes - These can be used in websites, forums and the like provided that: a) The emote in question is licensed under a Creative Commons license. (check the deviation page, on the right hand side, at the bottom) b) They stay intact. They are not edited in any way, shape or form. c) Credit is given to me through either a link to my profile here on dA, or a direct link to the deviation itself. d) They are not used commercially, and no profit is made from their use. e) You let me know what you are using, where it is being used and for which purpose (if it is being used off-site). Free Avatars - These are created for personal use. All conditions above apply, with two additions: The work cannot be used off of dA, and you must credit me in your signature. Resources - I have base packs, templates and fonts that are available for use. All conditions listed for Emotes apply except that you are allowed to edit these and/or manipulate these. If you are unsure of whether or not you are allowed to use a particular work, or edit it and use it, please refer to it's licensing. If it is not licensed under Creative Commons, you cannot use it. |
